6-week plans

For the athlete who is not looking for regular feedback but still wants a training program plan built around THEIR personal fitness, goals and schedule.  Our 6-week training plans are the answer.  Unlike other canned programs these plans are built with the athlete’s input and provide the athlete with a progressive training program geared toward getting them ready for their personal athletic goals whatever the discipline.

  • Initial coaching consultation
  • Personalized heart rate, power and/or pace-based 6-week training program customized to YOUR schedule and goals.
