Camps & Clinics


Our Training Center Camps are custom designed packages of classes and services geared to get you ready for your big event, work on a specific aspect of your cycling fitness, or just make you stronger and faster. Camps last 6 weeks and include:

  • Two 1-hour indoor training sessions per week at Power Up Training Center
  • 6-week customized training plan (workouts for the 5 days you are not riding at Power Up)
  • Lactate threshold test (camp dependent)
  • 2– 3 outdoor group rides (camp dependent)
  • Discount on our professional bike fit
  • Feedback and analysis on performance and development


Power Up Cycling offers a variety of instructional clinics throughout the year to teach specific cycling skills and important endurance sport related topics. Depending on the topic, these clinics can be just classroom sessions or classroom sessions followed by on-the-road practice sessions. Each session is taught by a qualified expert in the field. Clinic topics include but are not limited to:

  • Off-season training
  • Climbing and descending
  • Cornering and bike handling
  • Nutrition
  • Sport psychology
  • Race strategy
