Bronze Level

For the athlete who has never had a coach or who has tried “canned” training plans and is not satisfied with the results they are getting.  With this entry level coaching program, the athlete will receive a training plan built around their personal fitness, goals and schedule, along with regular progress assessments and program adjustments.     

  • Review of athlete’s training and racing history.
  • Initial and periodic fitness assessment.
  • Annual goal review and season wrap-up phone call / meeting. 
  • Personalized heart rate, power and/or perceived exertion-based training program.
  • Downloaded training files reviewed weekly by coach via Training Peaks and training adjusted as necessary.
  • Feedback provided bi-weekly via email.
  • One program review per month via phone or online meeting.  
  • Athlete initiated email communication as needed.

Price: $175/month (plus one-time $50 startup fee; 3-month commitment required)

 

Silver Level

For the athlete who is truly looking to take their performance to the next level.  This plan includes not only a personalized training plan, regular assessments and program adjustments but also race strategy advice that will help the athlete make the most of their fitness. 

  • Review of athlete’s training and racing history.
  • Initial and periodic fitness assessment.
  • Annual goal review and season wrap-up phone call / meeting. 
  • Personalized off-season strength and resistance program.
  • Personalized heart rate, power and/or pace-based training program.
  • Downloaded training files reviewed 2x/weekly by coach via Training Peaks and training adjusted as necessary.
  • Feedback provided weekly via email.
  • Athlete initiated text / email communication as needed.
  • One program review phone call / online meeting every 2 weeks including race strategy discussion.
  • Free Premium Training Peaks account. 

Price: $250/month (plus one-time $50 startup fee; 3-month commitment required)

 

Gold Level

For the athlete who has big event goals and wants to ensure they are doing everything possible to achieve them.  This plan includes not only daily monitoring of workouts (and adjustments as needed) but weekly coach meetings, pre & post-event strategy discussions, nutritional consults and initial mental performance assessment.   

  • Review of athlete’s training and racing history.
  • Initial and periodic fitness assessment.
  • Initial mental performance assessment.
  • Nutrition analysis & consults every 3 months.
  • Annual goal review and season wrap-up phone call / meeting. 
  • Personalized off-season strength and resistance program.
  • Personalized heart rate, power and/or pace-based training program.
  • Downloaded training files reviewed daily by coach via Training Peaks and training adjusted as necessary.
  • Feedback provided minimally once per week (as frequently as daily, if required).
  • Athlete initiated text / email / phone communication as needed.
  • Pre & post-race strategy discussions as needed.
  • One program review phone call / online meeting per week.
  • Free Premium Training Peaks account. 

Price: $400/month (plus one-time $100 startup fee; 3-month commitment required)
