We are excited to be reopening on June 15th!  You will notice some changes to the facility and classes that are designed to keep you safe.  Here is what you can expect:

To ensure we keep the number of people in the building within the St. Louis County Health Department Requirements, initially we will only hold classes at 5:30 and 7:30 AM on weekdays.  To comply with social distancing requirements, there will be a maximum number of 5 riders per class.  You will need to use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving the center.  A coach will use a touchless thermometer aimed at your forehead to determine whether you have a fever above 100.4 and there will be questions asked of you concerning your health and exposure to COVID -19.  If you are ill, have been exposed to COVID-19 or have a fever, we cannot allow you to participate in the class.

You will not be required to use a mask while you are participating in the class.  However, everyone is required to wear one when they are not exercising.  This includes coaches, riders (before and after the class) and anyone else entering the center.  We are not allowed to use the fans, so you may wish to bring an alternate cooling method such as a frozen/cooled cloth for your neck.  We ask that you bring your own towel and water to use during the class.  Until the current order is changed, the showers and the water fountain cannot be used.

Please be assured that we are cleaning and sanitizing the center according to St. Louis County requirements and CDC guidelines.

We understand that you may be uncomfortable about returning even with the current restrictions in place, and that some individuals who are at-risk for COVID-19 should not attend.  We therefore are continuing to offer virtual classes.  Click here to learn more about our virtual class offerings:
